User ไม่ได้ใส่ Password ผิด แต่โดน Locked Account

 Please check this step

1. Go to regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SecurityManager\CapabilityClasses\AllCachedCapabilities
3. All Capability SIDs begin at S-1-15-3.
4. If no, Delete this user and re-create again.
