Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is Loss. You can enable for TIF by...

Step 1. Go to My Computer

Step 2. Tools > Folder Options > Tab :: File Types

Step 3. Search Extensions TIF (if haven't)

Step 4. Click New...

Step 5. File Extension = TIF and click OK.

Step 6. Click Advanced 

Step 7. Click New...

Step 8. Action = open

Step 9. Application used to perform action: = rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1

Step 10. Click OK.
